Hi from MooseJaw, Saskatchewan

We had a great night in Brandon – it was great to meet some country folk along the way. We had a safe overnight journey from Sudbury and were glad to find ourselves in sunny Brandon. We are travelling across the Prairies to MooseJaw and Johnny has just pointed out a large Moose (not a real one unfortunately). JP has been waiting to see a Moose or Bear throughout our travels but no luck so far. We’ve passed through Moosomin, Buffalo Pond and Regina on our way across the flat prairie land of Saskatchewan.

The gigs have been going exceptionally well for us and we have been so encouraged by the response the Canadians have given us. We are selling lots of albums and really enjoying getting to meet people after the show. We are still eating far too much pizza and have become regular customers of Boston Pizza. Many people have expressed interest in having us back so hopefully we will be making a few return trips in the new year. We head back out to Toronto in December and so this will be a good opportunity to establish some of the relationships we have begun. It really feels like God has given us favour in Canada and that he is creating opportunities beyond what we had expected. We feel really hopeful about what God will do with us in the near future and so encouraged that our songs are touching, challenging and blessing so many people. As we play each evening it feels like God is expanding our hearts, deepening our relationship with Him and sharpening our sensitivity to His Spirit.

This whole process is a privilege and we appreciate your prayers as we continue with the tour.

The next gig is in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan which is a four hour drive north of MooseJaw. We are excited and expectant about what we will experience God doing here.
