Studio Update

Hi

Hope you are well.

Just sending a wee email through from Windmill Lane studio in Dublin to let you know about how things are going....

...we've been having a really productive time here. We're in day 3 and are ahead of schedule. So far we have tracked 5 songs and are now putting down some piano (there's a beautiful big grand in the studio). So far we've done:

Rescuer
Our God is Mighty
The Troubles Are Over
Freedom 'Let's go!'
Walk beside me Jesus

We're really encouraged about the tunes so far - they are starting to establish themselves and feeling REALLY good. There are lots of smiles. Yesterday, we worked on a new tune called 'Freedom, Let's go' and it is sounding like a lot of fun - great drums. I think you'll like it. The band are playing really well and Mikey, the new drummer, is doing agreat job. He's settled in nicely.

We are hoping to put down another 3 tracks today and stay ahead of schedule.

Just to let you know that my Mum is at home recovering. She has been a bit sore and is going to hospital today to meet the consultant and discuss their plans for how they administer the chemo. She is likely to start the treatment in about 4 weeks. I spoke to her yesterday and she still seems in good spirits which is encouraging.

We've also spoken with Nik and he seems in good form but missing everyone here.
