PFYN at Soul Survivor
Hi all
Just back from Passion For Your Name. Great conference. Tim and Rachel Hughes were leading it and they did a fantastic job - just allowing space for God to move and speak and not being afraid to wait on God. It was great to be in an environment where people are just ready to worship and go for it. It was an encouraging and supportive place for those of us who are involved in worship in local church. So if you were there thanks!
I was over with Claire and Nik from the band and we were leading worship with Luke and Tim from HTB who did great. Good guys. Some challenging speakers including J John, David Westlake and Tre Sheppard. Plenty of food for thought. Fortunately for us this year we stayed in a B&B - especially since it wasn't really weather for camping!
It was however the last PFYN worship conference. There are still opportunities for worship teaching and training throughout the year - check out www.worshipcentral.org.uk which is headed up by Tim Hughes and Al Gordon. You can check out one of Tim's new songs there - Happy Day - really good song. Enjoy.
Cheers
