Good Gigs

I am getting pretty darned excited about some of the gigs that are on as part of the Belfast Festival over the next wee while. I going to some class ones. Sparklehorse on Oct 16th and Ryan Adams & the Cardinals on Oct 21st. Can't wait. Would love to be getting to more like Lambchop for one. But bit too pricey to get to them all. If you can get to any of them I would really recommend it although I think Ryan Adams is sold out.

Apart from work and going to gigs I am still trying to focus my spare time on some song writing for the next album and I think there are some good songs starting to emerge. I'll be continuing to do that over the coming months. So I am sure going to these gigs will only inspire me more.

Song writing is going really well. Just wrote a new one and rehearsed it with the band last night....it's called 'Can't stop this noise'...and I am loving it. Claire (who plays keys) was hitting some lovely stuff on the analogue synth. Yummy. Getting all the tracks ready for the new album.

It's a good time at the moment...I'm feeling inspired and pretty excited about all that's happening!
